Free shipping on online orders over $75!*

*Excludes bikes, wheels, cargo boxes, car racks, trainers, and indoor bikes

*Some items that qualify for free shipping, such as helmets or tires, may show shipping a shipping charge in error, but we will correct the order before the item ships

Most orders ship within 1 business day 

We only ship online orders with matching billing and shipping addresses (though you can call your credit card company to add additional addresses).

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.  or to APO/FPO Boxes.  

Bicycles cannot be shipped to PO Boxes unless special arrangements have been made prior to shipping.

Free In-Store & CURBSIDE Pickup

Some items, including most bicycles, are available for in-store or curbside pickup only.  We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.  Most orders will be ready within one hour.  Please keep in mind that some bikes are still boxed and require additional time for assembly.  We will call, text, or email you once your order is ready for pickup.  If you'd prefer to stay in your car, you call us when you're out front and we will bring your order to you for curbside service.  If you need an item right away, we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is ready before heading over to our store.  Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Wheat Ridge Cyclery, please bring it back to us in new condition for a full refund.

Used it for awhile?  No problem – we’ll still take it back and give you store credit.

All returned bikes will receive a 6% restocking fee. Damaged or used bikes could be subject to more.

Fine print for used product:
  • Upon inspection, an appropriate store credit will be determined.
  • No Bull Guarantee DOES NOT cover damage caused by improper use or accidents.

How long is the No Bull Guarantee good for?

30 days on bikes, accessories, clothing, bike fits, and service.

Price Protection*

If a product you bought goes on sale within 30 days of your WRC purchase, you get the difference back in store credit.

online Returns

If there is a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it in or ship it to the shop. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice. For a full refund, merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. That includes all packaging and/or tags! Thanks!

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. We will refund shipping costs on incorrect or defective merchandise.

  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
