Each plant-based capsule of our Daily Cordyceps contains 200mg of cordycepin. This concentrated extract is consistent; unlike many other cordyceps extract products. We take 1 capsule for daily support and to feel energized. Some athletes have found that taking cordyceps daily for at least 3 weeks has been linked to an increase in VO2 max; or how much oxygen we breathe at the peak of athletic exertion. Although we recommend one capsule daily, some athletes have told us that they take 2 or more daily. We encourage you to experiment with dosing and are happy to chat to help you figure out a strategy for competitive use.
