NEW ERA OF SPEED IN GRAVEL
We may not have made the first gravel bike, but we definitely made the fastest gravel bike. In 2019, Ăspero took the world by storm, heralding a ânew era of speed in gravel.â It was gravel, Cervelo-style. Since then, gravel bikes have grown, fragmented, and started to look a lot like the road and mountain bikes that spawned them, with suspension forks, bolt-ons for...everything, and ever-increasing tire widths.
The new Ăspero remains true to those early, simpler days of gravel, but with some improvementsâa threaded BB shell, neater cable routing, and a UDH-compatible derailleur hanger for those who want to use SRAMâs Transmission drivetrains. And itâs faster, of course. We shaved off three watts worth of drag in the redesign process. We also dropped the seat stays to give a bit more compliance out back, and reduced front-end stiffness slightly to make the last hours of a long race less painful. Between those dropped seat stays, we added in a bit more clearance for mud, too. Aspero will clear a 45mm tire by ISO standards. ISO TRUE TO THE EARLY DAYS mandates a minimum of 4mm of clearance between tire and frame in all dimensions, but weâve found (and we think folks at last yearâs unbound will agree) that sometimes you need a bit more than 4mm in muddy conditions. We designed the Aspero around 42mm tires with an additional 3mm of clearance on top of what ISO requires, but if youâre feeling lucky (or your rides are typically dry), feel free to push that to 45mm. Itâs a lot of seemingly small improvements, but they add up to a lot. The result is a bike that feels a lot like the original Aspero, but is faster, more comfortable, and more versatile.

HAUL ASS, NOT CARGO
In 2019, ?spero took the gravel world by storm, heralding a ?new era of speed in gravel.? Fun, but flat out. The new ?spero remains true to its original brief, but with some improvements: a threaded BB shell, neater cable routing, and a UDH-compatible derailleur hanger for those who want to use SRAM?s Transmission drivetrains. And it?s more aero, of course. In the case of ?spero, aerodynamic performance is less about pure speed as a result of drag reduction, and more about conservation of energy. After a big day in a headwind, the three watts saved over the previous Aspero might add up to one less energy gel your stomach has to digest?WORTH IT.
In addition to the drag reduction, we also dropped the seat stays to give a bit more compliance out back, and reduced front-end stiffness slightly to make the last hours of a long race less painful. Between those dropped seat stays, we added in a bit more clearance for mud, too, taking what we learned from R5-CX (and the Unbound mudfest in 2023). It?s a lot of seemingly small improvements, but they add up to a lot. The result is a bike that feels a lot like the original ?spero, but is faster, more comfortable, and more versatile.

Rouvida gets you to fast, well, faster. Sleekly designed around the Fazua Ride60 motor, Rouvida delivers 60nM of torque paired to a 430wH battery, and assists you all the way up to 28mphâpro peloton speeds on the road, and edge-of-control-two-wheel-drifts off-road. Thatâs right, Rouvida comes in two configurations: road and gravel. We designed some clever interchangeable dropouts that significantly alter the geometry of the bike, so the road bike feels like a road bike, and the gravel bike feels like a gravel bike. No compromises, just speed.
DOING MORE SO YOU CAN DO MORE
CervĂ©lo knew there was interest in both gravel and road performance e-bikes, so we designed dropouts that make one frame do double duty. A world away from your typical âflip chip,â these interchangeable dropouts have the effect of rotating the entire frame to achieve the fit and handling you expect from a CervĂ©lo road bike, and from a CervĂ©lo gravel bike. When changing inserts, there is also a firmware update that needs to take place, and this service must be performed by your local CervĂ©lo retailer.

Faster Than the Rest
The all-new Ăspero-5 was built for the front end of the race, and is the most aerodynamic gravel bike ever created. CervĂ©lo has long been synonymous with aerodynamic performance, and weâve brought that 30 years of expertise to gravel racing. The new bike is a stunning 37 Watts faster than the outgoing model, and 34 Watts faster than its nearest competitor.
With clearance for 45mm tires, downtube storage, and a threaded bottom bracket, Ăspero-5 is ready to race the second it rolls off the shop floor. It made its rainbow-jersey debut (and won!) under UCI Gravel World Champion Marianne Vos, and will be campaigned by some of the most elite bike racers in the world.
SHAPE OF SPEED
Ăspero-5 is 37 Watts faster than its predecessor, and 34 Watts faster than the nearest competitor. CervĂ©lo has long led the industry in aerodynamics, and weâve delivered a gravel race bike worthy of that reputation. The aero handlebar and stem are responsible for nearly 6 Watts of that savings on their own.
WEIGHT
The new Ăspero-5 is 66 grams lighter than its predecessor, despite adding a significant amount of surface area to improve aerodynamic performance.
MIXED & MATCHED TIRE GEO
When fitted with equally-sized tires (e.g. 42mm front and rear), Ăspero-5âs handling is stable, confidence-inspiring, and ready for the roughest courses. To increase aerodynamics even further, and sharpen handling for less-technical courses, we optimized the geo for a 4mm tire width differential (e.g. 40mm front, 44mm rear).
DOWNTUBE STORAGE
First seen on the P-Series triathlon bike, weâve implemented our industry-leading downtube storage door on the Ăspero-5. Itâs the lightest and most aerodynamically efficient system on the market, and puts a tube, tools, and a flat kit inside the frame and out of the wind.

The Stigmata blurs the lines between free-roading drop bar singletrack slicer and buckled down race-winning gravel machine. Itâs designed for the rider lining up for The Big Event, escaping via the road less traveled or who canât help themselves from finding the hardest way there. Whether your style is baggy or zipped up, the Stigmata is the fast and loose riding partner thatâs always ready to rise to the occasion.
GRAVITATING TO GRAVEL
The Stigmata is an off-road speed bike (think swift, not Zwift). Its singletrack prowess stems from progressive geometry, plenty of room for big tires, and insights from our mountain bikes. Itâs the roadieâs off-roader, perfect for exploring wild routes, and also ideal for mountain bikers seeking adventure off the beaten path.
GO FAR TO GET FOUND
If wanderlust has taken hold, grab a Stigmata. Whether you're close to home or exploring far-off lands, its design and features ensure you can go the distance. Whether youâre seeking the spirit of gravel or planning a quick overnight mission with only a credit card, the Stigmata is your ultimate getaway vehicle.
LIGHT, FAST, AND MORE METTLE
When lining up at a gravel race, you need a bike that lifts you. It should have geometry thatâs fast in the pack yet stable when you're deep in the hurt locker. A lightweight frame ensures youâre making watts, not carrying extra grams, and ample tire clearance prevents you from hauling an extra 10 lbs of Kansas clay.
