Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is valid on all qualifying purchases of bikes only made between 11/22/24 and 12/31/24 at Wheat Ridge Cyclery stores and online at wheatridgecyclery.com.
- The value of the Rewards is dependent on the qualifying purchase tier (see chart).
- Minimum purchase thresholds to earn Rewards do not include:
- (a) amounts spent on purchases of gift cards
- (b) amounts spent on purchases which occur outside the eligible earn time period
- (c) any applicable costs of packaging, shipping & handling, or taxes
- Minimum purchase thresholds to earn Rewards are calculated on the resulting cost of merchandise after any applicable discounts are first applied to the purchase price.
- Rewards are only earned on bikes. Accessories, apparel, and other items are not eligible.
- Both full-priced and discounted bikes do qualify.
- No discount is applied at the time of sale. Limit of one rewards transaction.
- Rewards will be emailed on 1/2/25 for qualifying online purchases and are valid only at wheatridgecyclery.com.
- Rewards will be sent to the email address provided at the time of sale.
- The rewards transaction must be equal to or greater than the rewards earned.
- Rewards are valid on purchases made between 1/2/25 and 2/28/25.
- Rewards expire on 2/28/25. Any unused balance after 2/28/25 will be voided and no longer usable.
- The Rewards offer is not retroactive; the Rewards balance cannot be applied to previous purchases and has no cash value.
- Purchases made using WRC group discounts are not eligible to earn Rewards Cards.
- Wheat Ridge Cyclery is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards. Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced.
- Returns for items purchased with a Rewards Card are exchange-only; refunds and credits are not permitted. If another refundable payment method (such as cash or credit card) was also used, only that portion of the payment is eligible for a refund.
- Wheat Ridge Cyclery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this promotion at any time without notice.
